Director of Private Training and Recruiting: 

Annalika Steyn is a Cape Town, South Africa native. Coach Anna mainly grew up in the Hoover, Alabama area where she attended Spain Park High School and helped the school to four State Championship titles. Coach Anna payed for Birmingham United Soccer Club and Vestavia Hills Soccer Club in Birmingham, Alabama. While paying club soccer at BUSA and VHS,  she played with the Region III Olympic Development Team. She has as traveled to Brazil, Spain, Costa Rica, Denmark and Sweden to compete alongside with current U.S. Women’s National Team soccer players. After graduating from Spain Park High School, she attended West Virginia University as a center forward and center midfielder. The Mountaineers won the Big East title, Big 12 Conference x 2 and made NCAA tournament appearances x 2. She finished her collegiate career at the University of Alabama where she earned all SEC Academic team. She pursued her Master’s at Tulane University in Homeland Security. Annalika Steyn was also a former college soccer scout and college recruiter who has recruited players in the Louisiana area. She specializes in attacking, shooting technique and free kicks.

Kristin Hartlage is a goalkeeper, who competed at the collegiate level for Endicott College in Beverly, MA. She was awarded CCC Academic All-Conference all four years.  Her love of soccer and goalkeeping started at a young age, and she is thrilled to be able to give back to the game that she grew up with. Kristin Graduated Endicott with a BFA in Graphic design and Studio art before moving down to New Orleans. Now she is an active AmeriCorps member and Framer, who is building and restoring houses in the local community. She is an Upstate New York native, happy to now call New Orleans her home.

katherine peters

Katherine Peters is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana native. She grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana where she attended Holy Savior Menard Central High School. She received the Golden Boot for the State of Louisiana in 2005 for scoring 45 goals in one season. Coach Peters played for Red Star soccer in Baton Rouge, where she subsequently played for Gulf Coast United Futbol club under Coach Danny Owens, who is the current head coach for the William Carey Women’s Soccer program. Coach Peters was a member of the inaugural Louisiana Tech Women’s Soccer team. She finished her collegiate soccer career at Nicholls State University where she served as co-captain her senior year. Coach Peters is a speech-language pathologist in the greater New Orleans area. She specializes in strength and conditioning, agility, defending and attacking.
